LOONS LANDING IN BRIGHTON ON LAKE ONTARIO     A beautiful home right on the shore of Lake Ontario 1.5 hours from Toronto in the community of Brighton. The house features a large Sunroom with a 25-foot tall pine covered cathedral ceiling. Sunroom has a spiral staircase up to an interior and exterior loft for spectacular views of Gull Island (protected wild bird sanctuary) and Presquille Provincial Park. The pebble beach is great for long walks and the lake bottom is gently sloping and sand covered for great summer swimming. The lot has many of trees and is very private. A five-minute drive to downtown Brighton.   Living Room: Approximately 40’ x 30’ with a beautiful pine floor and cathedral ceiling. The entertainment centre features Star Choice Satellite receiver with a home theatre surround sound system, DVD and VHS players. If you just want to relax and listen to music there is also a Sony CD Player that holds 6 CD’s at a time. Choose from hundreds of different titles. There are controls that allow speakers in 4 different areas of the house (including exterior) to be played simultaneously or individually. Other features include an air tight stove, Stained Glass, comfortable sofas and chairs and indirect lighting throughout.   Kitchen: Large eat in kitchen approximately 18’ x 25’ with hardwood floor in the food preparation area and Italian tile in the eating area. New full size fridge and stove with glass top. Pots, pans, cutlery, linen, glassware are provided. The kitchen features an island with 2 stools and a large 10’ x 5’ bay window looking out to the lake. The antique table pulls out to easily seat 10 people.   Sunroom: Approximately 15’ x 30’ with a striking ceramic tiled floor. There are four 6’ patio doors, which open onto a wrap around deck facing the lake. Other windows are either round or arched and all offer great views. There is a built in pull down bed, which appears to be an armoire in it’s up position, queen size and very comfortable. Listen to the waves gently rock you to sleep. The seating is very contemporary featuring a big leather William Morris chair. The lighting in this room is unique, highlighting paintings and controls for outside floods to enjoy the lake even after dusk. There is also a treadmill in the upper loft along with great views to keep you going. Or enjoy a sunset drink outside overlooking the lake.   Bathroom: This room has ceramic tile both on the floor and in the 2-person Jacuzzi enclosure. Glass block is featured
