our 5/bed 3/bath luxury villa is just ten minutes drive to the main gate of Disney theme parks. Located at Silver Creek, Clermont, it is in a fabulous location to enjoy the many attractions that Orlando has to offer. Endless restaurants, shops (even Walmart), and gyms are just minutes away by car. Our villa has 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with private TVs), 3 full bathrooms, and a private south-facing pool and spa. With 1 king bed, 2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 2 Sofa Beds, our villa can comfortably accomodate up to 12 people. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the walk-in closet. There is also a game room with 8 mini games such as snooker and table tenis for adults and elder kids. Amenities include cable TV (3 in total), DVD, GameCube with a good selection of games, high speed internet access, game table, pool toys, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher and other cooking and dining utensils. High chair, stroller and Playpan are also available. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage. After a long day at the parks, relax by the covered pool (which can be heated). It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. There is also an eight foot diameter raised Jacuzzi spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. For added enjoyment, the pool backs on to a conservation area and is faces south. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. For those extra warm days, the covered lanai will provide a welcome shading from the sun.The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence. Patio furniture is provided.
