A few minutes from St. Peter's Square, this is a very nice apartment, recently renovated, composed with two apartments with separate entrances, each perfect for 2/5 people, too. If you join these you get an APARTMENT for 8 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms . WHITE APARTMENT- The first (2-4 people), has a big bedroom bathroom with shower and kitchen. The bedroom has a full double bed (200 x 160 cm), one single bed and one bed added if you have 4 people, TV , air conditional and a beautiful chest of drawers with mirror. The large kitchen is fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, silverware, pots, etc. The bathroom with shower has washing machine and is recently renovated. RED APARTMENT- The second (2-5 people), has two rooms, the bigger with kitchenette , wardrobe and bathroom. The firts room has a full double bed (200 x 160 cm), TV , air conditional. The other room is a living with two beds (and one bed added if you are 5 people) with kitchenette fully equipped and wardrobe. The bathroom has a big shower and health comfortable also for elderly.
*Bed linen, consumption (gas, electricity, water, heating), taxes are included. Final cleaning fee(obligatory), $ 60 (€30) per apartment. On request rental towels (5 euros the couple) and air conditioning (7 euros per day). Deposit of euro 200,00 refundable at check out when you return the flat in the 'pre-rental condition'. Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit. SERVICE EXTRA Is possible, on request, to reserve: - the PICK UP from and to the Airports. - one tour for Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, to avoid the very long queue of expectation to go in, only if there are still tickets available.
