The front yard is fenced and one dog is allowed with a pet deposit to be fully refunded after cleaning. Please call to confirm availability of the date you desire. A $100 deposit by Paypal or a credit card will secure the date. A rental agreement is then sent to you to confirm that we are on the same page. Your deposit is fully refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to your travel date, after that the balance will be due in full.
