Our detached holidayhome Le Coderc (sleeps 8), has it's own pool and garden. The town of Les Eyzies, about 20 kms from the medieval town of Sarlat in the Périgord Noir, is the worldcapital of Prehistory and numerous caves with prehistoric paintings can be found here. Le Coderc is a Perigord-house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. From terrace and pool you'll have wonderful panoramic views and deer and other wildlife will pass you by. On the ground floor you’ll find a large livingroom, an open plan, fully equiped kitchen, satelite TV, CD player and wireless internet access (WIFI). The house is heated with floor heating and woodstove and so very suitable for year round rental. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which has it's own bathroom and toilet, the other one it's own shower. The second toilet is in the hallway. The kitchen is wel furnished with SMEG-stove and electric oven, two refridgerators, dishwasher, washing machine (in one of the bathrooms) micro-wave, toaster, etc. On the second floor you'll find two large bedrooms, each with two single beds, a separate WC and a shower. All four bedrooms have their own wash basin counter.
