A separte pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It contains a studio kitchen, bath and an L-shaped room with a double bed, bunk beds, and a double hide-a-bed. It is not large and perfect for a couple or up to 6 youngsters. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course are within wallking distance as are swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and wind surfing. Fine dining, hotel entertainment, Wailea and Makena are nearby. The home is fully equipped and a resident manager is one site. The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New windows and doors, new furnishings and appliances, new kitchen and bath and new ceilings and floors were installed.
