The home is situated on 3 acres in the Blue Hills of Dewey.Great getaway in a charming private home for a great value.It is done in a Tuscan decor with travertine and wood flooring. With over 1800 sq ft there is lots of room to for the whole family but cozy for a romantic week end. The living room has a wood fireplace to cozy up to watching the large screen TV. There is a spa and a sauna to relax in after site seeing or you may choose to sit out on one of the outdoor patios for an experience of our beautiful sunsets.

Nearby Attractions: - There is so much available in our area for the golfer there are many courses to mention a few we have Stoneridge,Quailwood,and Prescott Country Club. Fishing,Kayaking, hiking and ATV trails sidenote over 450 miles of hiking alone. Special events here are Art and Music festivals with a our largest event The Worlds oldest Rodeo for the July 4th. For those who like to shop we have street fairs pretty much all summer long.
Wonderful Get Away January 3, 2012 The hosts could not have been nicer. From our original emails when booking to when we met them in person. They were super. The property is exactly like the pictures on the internet which, sadly is not always the case with rentals. The property is easy to find but offers a very private setting. The furniishings and appliances were in good shape and vey clean. We spent New Years eve in front of a fire and congratulated ourselves on our good fortune on finding Kitty and Allans wonderful home. Would definitely reccommend this property to anyone who loves to just get away from it all but still have all the creature comforts

Kitty Thank you for everything. Al and I had a wonderful time visting, Prescott, Sedona and the Grand Canyon were beautiful. We were able to get in 18-holes of golf nd some hiking ,too. it was nice to come home to your cute house every night. Your kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome as well. You are more then welcome to share this e-mail with anyone you choose. we most certainly would stay with you again when visiting... Al made a comment how he didnt understand why anyone would choose another place in Prescott over this.(verbal comment made during stay) Sherry and Al
