There are also 2 nearby State Parks and a boat launch for your use. Cascade Playtime Rentals is just up the street if you’d like to rent Snowmobiles, Boats or Jet Skiis!! If you’re a Golf enthusiast you’ll enjoy the close by Prospector Golf Course at Suncadia or the Sun Country Course.  

The HEART of the property is the surround sound media room with a 120” screen, Blue-Ray System and Satellite!! Relax in the reclining Theater Seats and enjoy your favorite movies or catch your favorite Team. You’ll be warm and comfortable with the in-floor heat and additional pellet stove. This is your own private Movie Theater!   The 3,500 Sq. Ft. Lodge features a spacious floor plan with all the conveniences of home, and boasts two Master Suites, each with a private Kitchen, Gas Fireplace, 42” Flatscreen TVs w/Satellite, leather couches and full bathrooms! One Suite has King Bed and two pull out Twin Beds. You’ll find a very comfortable Queen Bed in the second Master.   On the other wing of the house you’ll find two additional Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. Each bedroom is well furnished with Queen Beds. In addition, there’s a 5th Kid’s Game Room with 4 Pull-Out Twin Beds, another 42” Flatscreen with Video Games and a Gas Stove to keep the room nice and warm during the Winter!
