The "Fishin' Mission" offers a beautiful view of the natural and pristine section of the Manistee River, which runs just a scant 13 feet from the front door of this log cabin. Located on the flies only section of the river, the cabin sits on 100 foot of river frontage for quick easy access for canoeing, fly-fishing, tubing, or kayaking. The Manistee river is a renowned trout fishing river and is just minutes away from the Au Sable, another world famous trout fishing and canoeing river. The log cabin is also within minutes of thousands of acres of state land for hunting and hiking. Abundant ATV, and hiking trails are close by. This cabin is located in a somewhat secluded area and provides for beautiful river views (land on other side of the river is all state land) and all the peace and quiet you dream about. This is the perfect place for relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine or just sitting watching the river flow by. Cabin is an authentic log cabin, 2 bedroom, with everything furnished except your food, drink, and charcoal for the grill. Because of the recent increase in the flu and Covid cases, we are yet to decide if we will be renting during the 2023 season.
