This two story Townhouse Condo with 2 bedrooms and a loft has been upgraded with new carpet, Granite countertops in the kitchen, new kitchen sink and faucet, new floors. Upstairs: The Living Room has high ceilings and a cosy Swedish Fireplace in the center, it overlooks the pool with a view of the slopes. There is also a fully equipped Kitchen and 1/2 Bathroom. There is a Deck upstairs outside living room and a patio downstairs, outside the master bedroom. Downstairs: There are two bedrooms - the Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, its own vanity with sink, and a view of the pool. The other Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. There is a washer / dryer area off the hall downstairs. The main Bathroom is also downstairs. The Condo is good for up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. There is City tax + cleaning fee
