The condo is a very spacious unit in a very upscale area surrounded by other condos & villas overlooking the ocean. I am from Tampa and a unit like this with its size, view & quality would be worth at least 1.3 million. It is a very nice place w/comfortable beds and is on outskirt of town which i think is perfect for some peace but just a $4 cab ride to shopping & bars. Puerto Vallarta is a very safe place. It has alot of American stores and restaurants but also has the charm of Mexico. People are friendly and language friendly when it comes to that. I have been to Hawaii, St Martin and everywhere in Florida; I would rank it the best. You will have no problems finding the right places to go with the front desk being very helpful and fix any problems that may occur. The place is less than a year old and has everything you need when it comes to cooking, towels, laundry etc. Sunsets from the hills are awesome. The beach is a 5 minute walk or if you do not want the exercise a $4 cab ride.

There are many festivals downtown and zip-lining and horseback riding is about 20 minutes south of location. The property has open view of the Los Arcos, the town of Puerto Vallarta, the beach and bay with beautiful sunsets. Above the property set mountains and hillsides.
