New for 2011 a large screen room. This is a lovely location for a seasonal rental and is in a nice quiet neighborhood with great neighbors too! Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainments and some of the best beaches on the West Coast of Florida! Nearby Attractions: - On the saltwater with the backyard facing north down a long canal gives wonderful sunrise and sunset views. Short walk to the local beach complex with fishing pier, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, volley ball, party rooms, picnic tables, and white sand palm lined beaches. Watch the birds and marine life from the living room, go on a cruise of the harbor or take the water taxis for a day long trip to the barrier islands. A great place to spend a week or a season with many attractions.
We found the home to be comfortable, with nice beds, and was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It had a large living room with a great view of the water. There is a nice beach and park within walking distance, or a short drive to some of the best beaches I have ever been to. The kids loved the area and they got to see a large group of manatee, some dolphins, a group of rays and more on just a short 1 hour boat trip. I would highly recommend the area and this home to anyone seeking a Florida vacation, and a chance to experience the life style that made Florida a destination for people from all over the world. I was amazed while at the beaches how many European languages I heard, it seemed like over half the people must have traveled a great distance to enjoy Florida. It is on a quiet street but close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. It is also within walking distance to the beach. The owner was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.
