Large Austrian-style Family home, 5 Bedroom, 4 bath home, includes a 1 Bedroom Guesthouse. Living has a 42" flat screen HDTV and each bedroom has a 32" flat screen HDTV. The home has a view of the Bear Mountain Ski/Snowboard area and is just a few minutes drive from the resort. The home has all the amenities including a HDTV in both Living Rooms, and in all 5 Bedrooms. Large kitchen, gazebo enclosed outdoor Spa with lights and heater, large outside wrap around veranda with an outdoor natural gas barbecue.

The main home has 4 comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other three have queen-size beds. The living room has a fireplace and a comfy L-shaped sofa with a separate bar area. The best thing is the private guesthouse; mum and dad can leave the rest of the gang in the house and escape to the guesthouse with its own kitchen, living room with flat screen HDTV, bathroom and bedroom with a 32" flat screen HDTV, king-size bed and the view is great. Total beds: 2 King Beds, 3 Queen Beds & Full Sofa-bed.

The home is located in the desirable upper Moonridge area, just a few minutes (4-5) drive to the lake, Village, restaurants and shopping. 2 minutes to Golf and hiking.
