Our ground floor Villa Court condo (600 sq ft, 55 sq meters) is located in Palm Spring Villas I (PSV1), this condo is decorated with a contemporary flair. Designed with the vibrant desert life in mind, the condo's color palate includes rich earth tones. For comfort, the condo's flooring consists of bamboo hardwood and ceramic tile.

To make your stay as convenient as possible, during the times you want to dine in; the kitchen comes fully equiped with new hardwood cabintry, granite counter tops, recessed lighting and stainless steel full sized appliances. Also include are glassware, dishware, pots and pans, utensils and acrylic ware (for pools side).

For in-condo entertainment, additional amenities include a 42" HDTV, HDTV service with extended basic cable, wireless internet access, XBOX game system, Netflix, surround sound sony theater system and an unlimited (US and Canada) telephone calling plan.

Our Villa Court condo also includes a pull out queen size sofa bed in the livingroom area. All bedding, towels and rugs are provided. Bring your bathing suits ! The condo is in close proximity of one of the many swimming pools and hot tubs.
