Granite counter tops and tile flooring. Fully furnished including all linens and kitchen utensils and appliances. Incredible views of the Gulf from the den or deck or Master bedroom. There is nowhere more beautiful than here. King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size in the second bedroom. Two full baths. Queen size sleeper sofa in the den. Cable television in both bedrooms and the den. free Wifi. Two bunkies in the dining room that are perfect for kids. Our condo accommodates up to 8 guests Treasure Island is located on the peaceful end of Thomas Drive, near the state park. What a wonderful week at 1907 Treasure Island. The unit was very clean and equiped for our stay just as pictured. The weather was beautiful and the waters clear and inviting. Thanks again, Steve for the great week at PCB.
We were blessed with great weather all week. The view of the sunset was spectacular. It is very close to many nice restaurants, sights and activities.
Just returned from my fun filled days at PCB. This condo was truely a hidden gem. The view was outstanding inside and out. We had plenty of space with modern amendities to relax and enjoy our stay. The unit was very clean and maintained. The beach lounges were so relaxing in the morning and the large pool with a built in sun self was fantastic for our afternoons. Can't wait to return next year. I was delighted with the condo, the size of the rooms, the kitchen and most importantly the view. We had only two days where it was cloudly but I still read underneath the umbrella in the chairs on the beach. Walking the beach and looking for shells all the way to St. Andrews Park in the morning was refreshing. The property people were very helpful. I had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo right on the beach in PC. The view of the ocean from the balcony is better than a tranquilizer or sedative. The large glass doors that open out onto the balcony from the living area and from the master bedroom allow the same impressive view with lulling sounds of the ocean waves. The heated pool is perfect for an evening swim. Only a short drive to Captain Anderson's and the Boatyard...2 of my fav restaurants and just a short walk to Schooner's, a great bar/restaurant that is open to the beach area with live music! I plan to return very soon. Thank you Steve, i enjoyed your place much!
Seven friends and I arrive on March 3 for our college spring break. We opened the door to Steve's place and everyone was ecstatic. The place is furnished so nicely and there was room for all of us. The location is great too, far enough away from the center point of panama city beach that we weren't annoyed with anything. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. Steve made the stay for us very worth while. Appreciate it all Thanks!
This condo that we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous! We got there on March 10, 2012 and stayed until March 17, 2012. This was all of our first time going to Panama City Beach, Florida. We wanted a place that was on the beach, was near the party scene, yet was still in a private area so that we could enjoy ourselves without being in the constant party scene. The ages of the people we went with ranged from 21-26 years old and all of us were absolutely in love withe Steve's condo. Check in went very smoothly and the place was incredibly clean. The condo was very accommodating to all aspects of our stay. There was enough room for all 7 of us to sleep, hang out, and eat. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We woke up to the sound of the waves crashing and had breakfast outside on the balcony every morning. In the morning you can see the dolphins swimming together right from the balcony which was absolutely beautiful. This condo doesn't just have to be for a family vacation or older couples. This was the perfect place for the 7 of us to stay and still enjoy our time. A taxi from Steve's condo to the main bars was only $10 dollars round trip each person. It was definitely the best place to stay that we found and we were more than satisfied with it. We are already trying to plan a trip for next March for our Spring Break 2013. THANKS AGAIN STEVEN!!!!

All in all this was a great vacation had by our entire family. We would absolutely travel back to the Treasure Island Vacation Rentals in Panama City Beach. The complex was wonderful, this specific condo catered to our needs and we can't wait to go back again soon. If your family is planning a trip for next summer, book early with Mr. Steve Carr, owner of this vacation rental. Working with him was a breeze and he was much more personable and accommodating than working with the complex directly or with a travel agent. Mr. Carr truly cares that you have a wonderful experience and wants to be sure you're happy with your stay. You can't find many rental places that you can say the same about, most of them are just concerned with numbers in and numbers out.
We stayed for a week in September and totally enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and we loved that it was at the less busy side of the beach! There was great communication from the owner, and all went smoothly. We had six people, my husband, myself and our four teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing we found uncomfy were the pillows in the master bedroom...if you like them firm, these are the pillows for you! Problem solved by picking up some $2 pillows at WalMart. This was our second stay at Treasure Island, and we love it there. This condo was definitely somewhere we would visit again!
We were fortunate to have booked this condo (our 2nd stay here) during the week of my birthday! Also happened to be Lobster Fest, right down the beach at Schooner's! We enjoyed the fabulous views of dolphin, sea ray and sun rise and sun sets that were picture perfect. The weather played right along too, and we had 7 gorgeous days of sunshine and clear warm waters. Staying at Treasure Island, with its new snack bar with really great deals was the perfect addition too! Poolside frozen drinks and daily specials made it almost impossible to leave the resort! If need be, however, it is convenient to a great seafood market, convenience store only a block away, and all the wonderful activities of the beach. Kudos to Steve for maintaining this new unit with its fully furnished kitchen beautifully decorated and equipped! It was as clean and cared for this trip as it was on our first visit three years ago. We WILL return as often as possible and stay in this condo which affords a peaceful and gorgeous location at the end of the beach only walking distance from the State Park and Pier.
We absolutely loved the condo at Treasure Island. Perfect location close to everything but yet not in the middle of the busy part of town. The view was awesome and the size of the kitchen area and the balcony was great. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kid's loved the bunk bed's they felt like they had their own fort. I would recommend this to anyone. There was only one thing we missed but did fine without and that is a hot tub out by the pool.
This was perfect. We loved every minute staying here. The place was great, and having the pool and beach right there was even better. And I also loved having the new food bar right there. You can get food and drinks at a very reasonable price right down stairs by the pool. Can't wait to stay here again! Mel
Great location, best view on the beach, and the owner is so accomodating. Great little snack shop by the pool that has all you could ask for, especially great beer and frozen drinks. This condo is located at the quiet end of the beach and has easy access to back beach road to get to Pier Park, but yet you are away from all the crowds. Capt. Anderson's is about two minutes away along with other well known restaurants and marina. Did I mention the view is to die for? We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of room. The wall bunks are very roomy. Family Fun in the Sun!!
We rented Steve's condo for a week. It is beautiful. Very spacious. The balcony view is heavenly. Sunsets over the beach are so relaxing and romantic. There is so much to do within walking distance of the condo. On the beach at the condo we rented a jet ski... loads of fun! There is also parasailing and umbrella chair rentals there too. Several times we walked to Schooner's... a restaurant and bar with live music nightly only a block away. If you go there, tell Larry the bartender we said, "Hello and we miss him" . We also found a locally owned pizza place called Joey's that makes the greatest monster veggie pizza and they deliver!! We will definately rent this place again very soon. We had a blast!
We spent a week at Treasure Island. This plush condo is a slice of heaven. Walks along the beautiful beach to the state pier were amazing in the crisp morning sea breeze and sunsets at night illuminated the water and waves, very romantic. The location is outstanding. We rented jet skis and cushioned chairs with umbrellas on the beach right at the condo! Parasailing is available there too. Our kids loved the pool. It is heated as the sun goes down and open until 10pm at night. Great gym near the pool too. We walked one block to Schooners, a great open air restaurant and bar right on the beach with live music every night. Their shrimp and oysters were delicious, oh and the pina coladas too! If you go there, tell Larry the amazing bartender we said hello and we miss him! The relaxing view of sunset along the beach from this condo's balcony on the 19th floor is my favorite. So peaceful. We had 6 adults and four children and were very comfortable in this place. Our kids loved the bunk beds! Less than a mile away we also bought fresh shrimp which they steamed for us. Publix and Winn Dixie are also only a mile away along with Dollar General and Beach Liquior for margaritas and more pina coladas! We also went to Boatyard near Captain Anderson's one night for dinner... the food was excellent! We love seafood. Less than a mile away you can also take cruises to Shell Island and to see dolphins. We even found a great local specialty pizza place called Joey's about a mile or two away on Thomas Drive that makes a yummy monster veggie pizza and they deliver too! We will definately rent again from Steve. It has the best view of sunrise over the bay in PCB. We love this place!
I am a PCB regular and have experienced an annual trip (or three) for over 20 years. I have been fortunate now to find the BEST place for me and "my gang" and its this beautifully decorated and more than adequately equipped condo at Treasure Island. From making the reservations with Steve through the inevitable check out, it was a great and effortless transaction. His follow up and personable "customer care" was refreshing and sincere. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone, family or otherwise, give it a whirl! Conveniently located on the "park" end of the strip, it is easily accessed and close to all the happenings. The resort overall is wonderful with views that are unsurpassed. The pier and National Park to the left, and the entire beach is the view off to the right. Sunsets are no extra!
