The fifth bedroom (separate unit) was not available but the four bedrooms fit our four-family trip very well. The pluses: 1) you are steps from the Rawhide trail which features an area that you can sled on and you are a short walk to the Granlibakken sledding hill. 2) There is a nice backyard where small kids can play in the snow. 3) Plenty of room even without the 5th bedroom. 4) Property management was easy enough to deal with and was very accessible. Not so great: 1) There really is no hot tub. It would be a phenomemal house if it had one. There is a "tub" in the master bedroom but no one would really want to use it as you traditionally would think of a hot tub. 2) A few of us had some allergies kick in. Not sure if this is because this is a pet-friendly house and someone brought cats or dogs or if there was just a ton of dust in the house. Overall, a good experience.
