The master bedroom suite is spacious with a king-size bed. The attaching master bath includes double sinks with a private wardrobe area. A king bed compliments the second bedroom. For extra overnight accommodations, the third bedroom includes a queen fold out memory foam sofa bed, with access to the spacious outdoor patio and greenbelt area. The living space includes family and dining room area with HDTV and wireless Internet. Our oversized Arizona patio backs up to a beautiful community green belt. Enjoy the warm Arizona sun or a barbeque. This is a fully furnished home with all the amenities to include: Linens for the bedrooms, bath and pool, central air and heating, fully-equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a two car garage. No pets or smoking allowed. All utilities are included. Home Owner's Association rules apply. Rental Agreement required. Maximum Occupancy - 6, children welcome.
