The sitting room consists of a queen sized convertible couch, a TV cabinets filled with games, CD's and videos for your listening and playing pleasure. The interior atrium is skylighted and has outdoor furniture and is a great place to relax in the winter. The condo has a new air-conditioning unit and there are six fans available throughout to circulate the air.
