This is our third time to Ellie’s Koloa House. There is no need to go anywhere else. The price is right and the hospitality amazing. We scuba, snorkel, swim and then come home and relax at the most comfortable and affordable slice of paradise. Thanks Ellie,
Dave and Jan — Columbus, Ohio

Dear Ellie mahalo for a wonderful stay. We felt right at home for one main reason being your warmth and kindness to our whole family. Thanks for the sweet reminders of enjoying and celebrating our children while they are young. What a great place to return to our own childhoods as we all caught toads together and shared memories at your charming tropical house near Poipu Beach.

Ellie, we truly enjoyed our honeymoon at this wonderful house. Why does anyone stay at the Hyatt?!?? Back to the mid-west until our next vacation.

What a terrific accommodation in Kauai. We had a lovely family stay with our two adult sons; a very special time together. Kauai is like being in the heart of the great mother-dynamic, healing, nurturing and mysterious. We will remember this special place. Thanks Ellie for your graciousness, humor and generosity.
Aloha and blessings. Peter and Gail, Rob and James — Seattle, Washington

Honestly, I don't know why people pay four times more for a hotel room when they can have a whole home for less. I could not find a review for Ellie's business..I came on faith....I am so proud of myself for getting that she is as genuine as they come! She bent over back wards to make sure our stay was everything we wanted..what a hard working beautiful woman..I will only come back to one of Ellie's properties... I stayed at the Ohana house which was very big...sleeps five but only one bathroom. It was just me and my husband. The house was very well cleaned when we arrived...immaculately actually...one must overlook the aging of the actual property. Not a lot but we are property managers too and we notice everything. The Ohana house is two minutes by car ten minutes walking to the best public beach on the Island, Poipu Beach...period! It is the best because it has shallow sandy beaches that even little kids and play in and it has the best bodysurfing I have ever visited. It is 7 minutes from the Hyatt where the PGA has been played and won by Tiger Woods too many times to count...my husband fantasizes about putting his name on that board. We had access to the entire island from here...this is definitely the location if you are coming for a winter vacation...the North side cannot be swam at all in the winter months because the waves are way too big. We saw whales, monk seals and big turtles at the Poipu Beach. My email is marystavrou@hotmail.com..ask me any questions! I thought this was the very best find on the island ...I dare you to do better!
