Our charming condo is just a block from the beach/boardwalk in the popular South Beach area of Virginia Beach. We have had it remodeled with new floors, two queen beds, a full bath, and a sofa to comfortably sleep a family of four or five. We are just a short block from South Beach and the boardwalk, which is a great place for swimming, surfing, shopping and sunbathing. We are just a few blocks from Rudee Inlet and many other attractions. There are so many entertaining things to do including concerts, art and music festivals, fireworks, mini golf, amusement rides, bicycling, and water sports. The condo is just a few minutes from Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Family Park, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants. Rrecently redecorated with new furniture, carpet, stove, refrigerator, beds and more. It has central air-conditioning and full kitchen. See our availability on calendar. First-floor condo, so no balcony or porch, but ocean, beach and boardwalk are PRACTICALLY in the backyard! Condo regulations do not allow grilling or pets. We do not have a pool here, but do have one in our house in Kitty Hawk in the Outer Banks, Homeaway or VRBO # 3565438. No pets, no smoking, no exceptions. Only full week Saturday to Saturday rentals from late May to September, unless we specify shorter availability. Sheets, blankets, towels and washcloths are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We have Wi-Fi available, 1 dedicated parking space and a laundry room just 2 doors down. There is a parking garage less than a block away across Norfolk Avenue with a very reasonable charge for the week if you need to bring a second vehicle. We have Internet and cable TV with HBO, and recently updated our central air-conditioning. Only a block to beach and boardwalk. The condo has everything you need like a full kitchen with dishwasher, linens, towels, dishes, etc. But do remember to bring sunscreen, your toothbrush and a beach towel to lie out on the beach and dry off after swimming in the ocean.
