Maid service comes twice weekly. The entire first floor, including the covered terrace is wheelchair accessible. The covered terrace has a 15' overhang which beckons you outside to enjoy the outdoor bar area that includes a Weber BBQ. Perfect for those afternoon margaritas. The pool boy comes twice weekly. The casa is enclosed within its own security walls with a locking front driveway gate & secure parking inside the structure. Surrounded by undeveloped building lots on all sides, it is extremely private. The latest charcoal/UV/chlorine water filtration system is installed.
