Carpeted throughout, except kitchen and bath. Sleeps four comfortably, six if you use the full-size sofa bed in the living room. King bed in master bedroom with 2 large dressers, loveseat, 8' closet and small TV with built in DVD player. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with dresser between them, student desk, 7' closet, TV and VCR. Open living room has 2 recliners, coffee table, full size sleep sofa, 32" flat panel TV with DVD player and a small stereo system for radio, casettes and CDs. Dining table seats 6 comfortably (4 side chairs, folding chairs in coat closet). Wide galley style kitchen - pass things over the counter to the dining area. Take your coffee out to the large south-facing deck to watch the sunrise and watch deer amble through the dunes. Outside on the deck is a Weber Genesis 200 gas grill, glasstop table for 6, 2 lounge chairs and a bistro set. Underneath the deck is a picnic table for the days you want to escape the sun. Pathway to your own harborfront beach, walking rights to the bay beach across the street (they have walking rights to our harborside beach). Washer and dryer in walkout basement. Central air conditioning, gas fireplace, sprinkler system, town water. Pets on approval.
