Baldwin’s Retreat is a treasure. A place to set back and relax, boat (not on a canal), pool, dock, pier, beach, on the lake. The main house is a two story with a flat on the top level is the Veranda, bottom level flat is the Cabana. There is also a single cottage. Three units on the same property with pool, pier, dock, and beach just for these units. Just finished re-doing all the units 6/30/2009. I think pictures are worth a thousand words please take a look. The Veranda is a flat on the second floor of the main house with fantastic views from just about every room, side yard, and balcony. It has two bedrooms each with queen bed, bath, large kitchen, eating area, living room with wood fireplace and futon couch which turns into another bed, side yard with table, chairs, BBQ, washer, and dryer. The Veranda has hardwood floors though out the house and tile in the bathroom. It is done in green, red, pinks are the predominate colors. This runs $150 per night for up to 4 people extra people are 10 per night per person up to a max. of 6 people. The Cabana is the bottom flat of the main house with a patio out front near the pool. Great views of the lake from the living room, dining area, and patio area. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a double bed with a bunk twin over it. The living room has an electric fireplace and futon couch with turns into a bed. It has one bath and a good size kitchen with another table and chairs. The Cabana is done in greens and orange and has hardwood floors and tile in bath and hall. This runs $150 per night for up to 4 people extra people are 10 per night per person up to a max. of 7 people. The Cottage is a one bedroom (queen bed) house with a bath, living room with an electric fireplace and couch which goes into a bed, dining area, and kitchen with washer and dryer in the kitchen. The cottage has a good view of the lake from the dining area and new front yard area with couch and chairs to set and grass area with picket fence and gate. It has hardwood floors and tile in bath and kitchen. Mostly done in green and yellow. The cottage runs 140 per night for up to 2 people and extra people are 10 per night per person up to a max. of 4 people.
