We spent the month of April at the townhouse. It is very well furnished, especially the kitchen and related appliances, which were high quality. Everything we needed was there. The owners met us at the property upon arrival and went out of their way to thoroughly explain everything and answer our questions. We particularly enjoyed the Arizona Room with its fabulous view of the Santa Rita Mountains. There is some traffic noise from Camino Del Sol, but this wasn't really a major problem. Since I continued my business while there, the computer desk and high speed internet connection were perfect for my needs. The unit is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Desert Hills Recreation Center, which we greatly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for taking walks and viewing the many bird species as well.
We stayed here for one month and we were totally impressed, even with the people in Green Valley. The place was extremely clean and it was what we were looking for. This townhouse was all it was said to be and more. It is very comfortable with High Speed Internet, Cable TV (wall mounted TV); all where we felt right at home, and the weather was just right, not cold or hot. The townhouse is ideally located, being close to everything we like; the golf course, Green Valley Recreational (GVR) Center and even a restaurant within walking distance when we did not feel like cooking. The townhouse is fully furnished. We BBQ out almost every day and ate on the Patio or in the Arizona Room, both with unobstructed views of the mountains. The GVRs have nice pools, spas, exercise room, sports, and a lot of other activities. The owners were great! They went out of their way by meeting with us when we arrived. They showed us how everything worked and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We are looking at staying there again, but next time longer.
