CASA ROSA is small friendly and consists of 3 apartments and a beach house.

We are directly on the beach between Progreso and Chelem. We have a courtyard garden with small pool and a large roof terrace for guests to enjoy. There is also a grill for guests to BBQ on and a wonderful roof terrace with hammocks.

The Top Apartment also has its own private balcony with stunning sunset views.

Apartments have a bedroom with double bed and fresh linens. A fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a lounge dining area with sofa bed. Towels and linens provided, just bring a beach towel!

We have FREE WIFI and rates include gas and electricity. We have a washing machine for guests to use.

We are within strolling distance of a local beach fronted bar/restaurant.

We are on the bus route between Progreso and Chelem, buses run every 5 mins or so.

The owners Tony and Karen live on site so are on hand with advice or just a cold beer!
