I just returned from a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. My stay in Studio 207 was from 4/29/10 to 5/5/10. I enjoyed my time spent there, the room was clean and as described. I was quite happy to see that it included a microwave, as that wasn't in the description. There were extra linens and towels. And the bed was rather comfortable. The building itself was very well located, with many restaurants, shops, casinos, parks and beaches nearby. The pool was a plus, clean, warm and relaxing. Angie, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful, as was her husband. I am very sure that I will be staying in one of their properties when I return to Puerto Rico. If you are looking for the Waldorf Astoria, then this isn't for you, But if you are looking for a nicely kept, clean, well located place to stay while saving a few dollars, then I can't see how you can go wrong
If you're in a budget this property is perfect! Me and my boyfriend stayed at Studio 207 for 6 nights and it was perfect for us. It's near everything! Minutes from the Old San Juan, Isla Verde and you can walk almost everywhere within Condado area and for a small fee you can park inside the property. The studio was clean and the owners a were so nice and always available. We will be back! Si viajas con un limitado presupuesto este apartamentito estudio es ¡perfecto! Mi novio y yo nos hospedamos en el 207 por 6 noches y estuvo perfecto para nosotros. Está muy bien localizado, cerca de todo! A minutos del Viejo San Juan, Isla Verde, puedes caminar a todas partes dentro del área del Condado y por un minimo cargo puedes estacionar tu carro dentro de la propiedad. El estudio estaba limpio y los dueños fueron muy amables y siempre disponibles. Nosotros regresamos!
