It features a huge Ocean view master bedroom with King bed and European sunken bathroom, double head shower, double sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to share many cooks. Off the kitchen, is a sunroom with sofa bed and ocean view. There are 2 bedrooms with comforable king beds. One bedroom has ocean and sun rising over Haleakala and the other has a private lanai. They share a full bath.

The queen bedroom on ground floor has it's own bathroom.

All the bedrooms have tvs and AC.

The open living/dining room has marble floors and cathedral ceilings and open onto the covered Ocean view lanai. There is a comfortable "L" sofa and large flat screen tv with HDTV cable. There is free WIFI and High speed internet.

Next door there is a vacant lot owned by the previous owners of the house, that has doves and many birds visiting each morning because of the organic garden (pomegranate trees, mango, avacado, neem, various spice bushes, etc.)

The house is only 2 blocks from the Wialea Border (famous movie stars homes, awesome resorts and private beaches). And it is only 5 in from a very famous restaurant - Moose McGillicuties and Fred's Mexican Rest , which hosts taco Tuesdays. Well worth the quest!

Kamaoole III Beach Park is only 2/3 mile from the house. It has a long stretch of white sand, bbq's, parking BUT there are so many awesome beaches in Kihei/Wailea, you will want to venture to more than one. There is Big Beach and Little Beach only 5 min away. Spend the day at one of those beaches, then stop at the Grand Wailea Hotel for a sunset Mai
