The house features an open floor plan with spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. This two story house has two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs. There is a large backyard to enjoy summer bbq's or a fun game of croquet. The location is ideal because it is about 6 city blocks from the waterfront where there is constant activity. This allows our guests to walk to downtown, not have to worry about parking (as this is at a premium and hard to find in the spring, summer and early fall) and return to the peace and quiet in our neighborhood. The home is also walking distance to the public beach, about a 15 minute walk. If you do want to drive, this home allows you to park your car(S) in the garage or on the driveway.
