The Studio is about 500 square feet and does share one wall with the main house, but privacy and noise are not an issue. We are kid & pet friendly and can recommend some GREAT activities for the whole family.   The Studio is located just one block from the best Surf in Santa Cruz, Pleasure Point. If surfing is not your thing, then enjoy cruising around town on our 2 New Cruiser Bikes, or just soaking in the Hot Tub. There are miles of wonderful beaches in either direction as well as the cliffs for long walks. Walk or ride to nearby shops and restaurants in Capitola or the newly revamped Pleasure Point business area.   The house sleeps 1-4 People –Ideal for a couple, or a family of up to 4.
