We named it Poipu Garden because of all the mature landscaping and big banana trees outside the window. This overly large condos is the perfect place for your next family get-a-way. Not only does this unit have all the amenities you'll need, but it has lots of high ceilings and plenty of light. Situated in the Poipu Kai Resort area, Poipu Garden is part of the Regency complex which means it has a great pool just out the front door and a wonderful green belt that is an easy stroll to Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's beach. Down that same path to the East you'll find the Poipu Hyatt a great place for dining, shopping or sitting in the bar with its non stop Hawaiian music.  In fact, if you have a conference at the Hyatt you can stay in Poipu Garden for less money and a lot more space. The unit has 3 big bedrooms one of which is a loft. There is comfortable living room furniture and a bright white fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms too are tiled and clean, ready for your arrival. The home comes fully equipped with all linens, pots and pans and pretty much anything you need to spend a week or a month. You can sit on one of the two lanais and have a cocktail or tropical juice drink. In the resort area are a number of pools, two of which are for your use. There is tennis on site, barbecues and hot tubs too. This home and the resort are really designed just for comfort and relaxation. But there are 101 things to do on Kauai, many in the Poipu Beach area. Plus you always get the cheerful people of Kauai that will make your stay feel happy and fully of smiles.
