This is a beautiful 3br/3ba home that has 2600 sq ft of living area with vaulted ceilings that sleeps 10 guest. This home is nestled in the pines in a secluded area of North lake Tahoe Vista CA, (Kings Run area.) Centerally located just off HWY 267 you are only 10 minutes to North Star Ski, and the casinos, where a flip of a card, or a throw of a dice can be the most memorable part of your vacation. You are also only 4 minutes to the beach, golfing, shopping and your favorite restaurants. In the warmer months the deck with a BBQ and picnic table is perfect for out door dining and entertaining your family and guest. In the winter months the drivway and deck are cleared by local contractors.

MASTER BEDROOM:Queen bed with satellite TV and private bath room.

2nd BEDROOM: Queen with TV with VCR only

3rd BEDROOM: Regular double

LOFT:1 regular double, and 1 set of twins. Also has 3rd bath room and satellite TV with VCR. SORRY, WE HAVE NO ASH TRAYS IN OUR HOME. SMOKING OUTSIDE ON DECK ONLY

POLICY: There will be a $100 charge for any cancelation made. However if you reschudle your date your deposit of $100 will be valid for your new date.
