All stainless appliances, washer and dryer, blender, coffee maker, all cookware and nice linens. Flat screen TV in living area and master bedroom. A private patio with a gas grill provides for a cozy bbq after a great day at the beach. Or just relax by the pool or fish from lighted docks. Have a boat? We have boat slips too! Be on the Gulf in about 15 minutes! Located on a huge canal right off of Packery Channel with the most beautiful sunsets in Texas!

We had our family visiting from out of town for Super Bowl weekend and everyone had a wonderful relaxing time just hanging out, fishing or enjoying the calm of the water. This property is well kept, beautifully furnished and close to all the beauty of the Gulf coast. If you are looking for a restful visit in a quality place, this is your place. Thank you Lynne!
We had 9 adults staying in this beautiful and specious Condo.We had plenty of room. Everything was so clean and comfy.The open floor plan gave everyone plenty of space.The furniture was comfortable as were all of the beds including the lazyboy pullout upstairs.The owner Lynne was very helpful to all of her renters.We look forward to renting again next year.You will not find a nicer place in this North Padre Island location. Great time!, June 24, 2010 By The Sowa's (Houston, TX) We stayed here in June and loved every minute!! The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. We had a full house and never felt crowded or cramped. The beach is a short drive away, which we took full advantage of!The kitchen was great and we cooked every meal at the house which was a huge help with the budget. The view of the bay from the pool is awesome. I would highly recommend staying here! Great find!!

This is our second time staying at Sunset Harbor Townhomes (Unit D & B) and have had a great experience both times. The location is perfect! It has a nice shaded deck for great fishing and it is just minutes away from beautiful beaches. The townhomes (units D & B) are very spacious and comfortable. I can not wait to visit next summer!
