Nearby Attractions: - Green Valley is a place of many activities. We are 30 min from Tucson and 40 min from Mexico. We have hiking trails, biking, tennis courts, golf and great restaurants. The winter weather is wonderful and the mountain views and sunsets spectacular. Also a great area for birders. It is like a summer camp for grownups and a fun place to spend the winter.
My husband and I rented this unit from Jan - May 2012. Great location within Green Valley. The unit is located within walking distance to the Desert Hills Recreation Center with a large pool, exercise facility, tennis courts, etc. It is a very well furnished two-bedroom unit with great views of the Santa Rita Mountains from the back patio. The patio faces east so there is shade in the afternoon. The kitchen has all the appliances, pots, pans, and utensils that you need for cooking. The living room has nice furniture with a TV and DVD player. Beds are very comfortable. The owner is an artist and has her work displayed throughout the house. The owner is very responsive to the needs of the tenant. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to rent in Green Valley.
