The resort consists of 3 two story buildings. The North building has 2 oceanfront, 3 ocean view and 4 oceanside units. The South building has 2 oceanfront, 3 ocean view and 5 oceanside units. The West building has 4 ocean access units. Each second floor unit is accessed via its private staircase. The resort has a heated pool, barbeque area and a gazebo. Beach access is available adjacent to the north side of the resort. I have to say this is tied in 1 st place with me and the kids :-) Last year was our first year and we absolutely LOVED it ! It is nothing fancy, no spas, valet, elevators, resturants on site, but if you are traveling with small children or elderly parents, this is THE PLACE ! Our unit is on the 1 st floor, so no stairs ! It is the 2nd back from oceanfront and just steps to the pool. It is decent size, average for the beach timeshares, I think, but not as big as soon in Orlando. There is a queen in the master bedroom with a HUGE walk in shower/toilet/vanity. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a TV. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo and is in the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room with TV and VCR. Full kitchen with plenty of supplies. Awesome AC ! All tile floors for easier cleaning from sand. Sliders to patio. We had 6 of us last year and it was fine. Everyone is out all day and the little ones were asleep by 6 or 7 pm from all the fresh salt air !
