Cute 4 bedroom cottage directly on Coventry Lake. Dock for your motor boat or jet ski right at your door! Clean sandy beach and a gentle grade into the beautiful clear water that is wonderful if you have younger children. Four bedrooms: 2 on the main floor (2 full size) and 2 upstairs (2 full size); Large bathroom with spacious shower is on the main floor. We have a fire pit if you feel like roasting marshmallows at night, or relax on the screened in porch; Cable TV and wireless internet. Excellent cell service. Any motor boat is allowed on Coventry Lake with a speed limit of 40 mph; Sundays from 12 noon to 4 pm is quiet time on Coventry Lake which gives you the time to kayak, swim, sail, or just float in the middle of the lake without worrying about power boats; On Saturdays, you may catch the Coventry Water skiing team practicing their pyramid lifts from our dock, or watch their end of year show. You pretty much have the lake to yourself Monday through Friday on Coventry Lake, which is the way it should be!! Every day is fishing day on the lake--small and large mouth bass and yellow perch are plentiful. They really love hanging out around the legs of our dock! Coventry Pizza, Dimitri's, Coyote Flaco, and Bidwell Tavern are just a few of the delicious restaurants near our house.Don't let your vacation go by without enjoying a movie at the Mansfield Drive-In just a few minutes away! If you love touring antique homes,visit the home of Nathan Hale just up the road. There are a number of shops selling antiques in the area, too. Lots to do if you want, but just relaxing by the water is what this house is really all about. The only things you need to bring are towels (beach and bathing) and sheets.
