A $200.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. If you cancel at least one month in advance I will refund half of the deposit. Full payment by check or money order is due three weeks before occupancy (please allow for mailing time). We also accept PayPal so inquire with us your preferred payment method. After your stay, your security deposit minus $75 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be refunded after an acceptable housekeeping inspection. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
