Our condo was renovated in 2010 with new central air conditioning and heating system. It is a 3 bedroom condo with a big deck immediately outside of the dining room area with a gas grill and also decks in all the bedrooms. A screened porch is accessed thru the living room and the master bedroom. Amenities include golf, heated swimming pool and spa. Take a short walk from the condo and enjoy the Sapphire Lake view and if you desire try your luck in catching some bass or trout or ride a canoe which you can rent at the boat dock. Take a walk around the lake or for those more adventurous, hike the Bald Mountain trail and other hiking trails that abounds in the area. If you enjoy the mountain, river, creek and lake adventure and sceneries, this is a place to be. Glenville Lake is about 20 minutes drive where you can rent boats and fish. The Cherokee Nation Indian Reservation is about one hour and a half drive which offers a unique cultural experience and casino atmosphere.
