We have two newly remodeled/decorated beach cottages on an acre of land that are just a 1/3 mile walk to the beach. Have a large group? You can rent both houses and have a vacation compound! Our houses are there for you to relax and unwind. Our yard has many tropical trees and fruit trees for you to enjoy fresh orange juice or grapefruits. Both houses have outdoor showers and screened in patios. The Back Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one w/ a king with TV and the other with a double and a set of bunks), a full bath, LR with pull out couch, DVD, Stereo, and cable TV. It has a dining area overlooking a newly tiled screened porch. Washer and Dryer, all your beach needs, new linens The Front House is a 3 bedroom (1 w/Queen w/ TV 1 w. Double and 1 w/ two twins) with 2 full baths. The Living room has a pull out couch, cable TV, and stereo. It has a dining area and Kitchen that has a dishwasher, Microwave, coffee maker and anything else you need to cook. The very large screen patio has a sitting area with TV and dining area overlooking the newly installed outdoor patio. The outdoor shower is sure to please and the wash room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer. The house comes with linens and all your beach needs. Just a 1/3 mile Nokomis beach, located on Casey Key, is a rare find; beautiful and quiet, yet has showers and bath house close to beach. This beach is great for walking, shelling on the 9 mile long white sand beach or enjoying the "bongos every Wednesday and Saturday evening at sunset. There are 2 waterfront seafood dining and drinks near the quaint draw bridge that overlooks the intercoastal. Convenient to groceries, pharmacy, shops, and post office. The quant town of Venice on Venice Island is just 4 miles (5 minutes) south of us, with lots of restaurants and shopping. Siesta Key, in Sarasota, is a 20 minute drive and we are just a hour drive from Tampa airport. Want to take a day trip to Disney World in Orlando? It is just a 2 hour drive. Rent just one house or rent them both.
