Property is between the Navajo and Giant Steps day lodges, approximately three blocks from either. Sledding available just outside the door, with sleds provided. Breathtaking hardwood floors, wonderful kitchen area, fully equipped, with beautiful granite counters and tons of working space for more than one chef. Master suite has huge garden tub, dual head shower, and walk-in closet. Extra large bedrooms, one especially for children. Separate heated room located off the garage perfect for storing your gear. As a reminder, Brian Head is a mountain community and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. In winter, four wheel drive and/or chains may be required.

Conviently located between the Giant Steps and Navajo Day Lodges -- less than one (1) mile from either base -- our home is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath. It has three levels of 30' x 33' each for a total of 2970 sf, including garage.
The bottom level consists of the oversized two-car garage, owner storage, and the mudroom/laundry room. The next level offers bedroom #4, a half-bath, living room, kitchen, great room and back deck through the French doors. The woodstove and tv are located on this level. The upper level has a full bath, two bedrooms, and master suite. We provide towels, linens, etc. All beds (excluding futon and sofa bed) are already made up with clean sheets, blankets, pillows and comforters. There are a few extra blankets in the closets.
The bedroom layout is listed below. All rooms offer plenty of floor and closet space. They are furnished as follows:
- Master Suite: Queen bedroom set, recliner, covered balcony deck, attached master bath with oversized garden tub, separate dual head shower, and walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom set, plus full-size sofa bed. (Pad is on sofa bed, linens in closet.)
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (four twins total), armoire with TV/VCR/DVD combo. There is a separate full-size bath upstairs to accommodate bedrooms 2 & 3. There is also an additional bedroom on the main level, off the living room.
- Bedroom 4: Downstairs - Smaller sized room, equipped with a full/twin bunk bed. Linens for the futon are located in this bedroom closet. There is a half-
