The golf courses of Oitavos, Quinta do Marinha, Estoril, Penha Longa and Beloura are all within 10 mins drive. The south facing garden enjoys the sun for the whole day. The private pool is surrounded by a hardwood deck featuring a granite table. A gas barbecue is included. There are numerous beautiful beaches along the Estoril Coast, all of which are within easy driving distance. Cascais itself features several nice beaches and the beaches of Guincho and Ericeira are a mecca for surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers alike. The town of Cascais is a 20 mins walk or less than 5 mins by car. It has plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs. A 25% deposit will secure your reservation with the balance payable either in cash on arrival or by transfer in advance. There are local village shops which can supply most things that you will need during your stay. A day out to Lisbon is essential and it is easily reached in 40 mins by train from Cascais. We will request a 400 euros damage deposit which we will be pleased to give you back when you leave without any damage.
