UFFIZI APARTMENT is one of the prettiest vacation rental apartments in the very historic centre of Florence. It is located just behind the Uffizi Gallery, a mere 30 meters from Piazza della Signoria, less than 2 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio ! It is in an elegant and quiet neighbourhood. Our charming and romantic split-level apartment is located in a pedestrian street (car access is restricted ,to taxis only) and situated on the second floor of a period building entirely restored with ELEVATOR ; the apartment is graciously furnished and tastefully decorated in typical Florentine style, with wooden beam ceiling and "cotto" flooring. It is 60 mqs arranged over two floors and comprises, on lower level: hall with small storage room, separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils, fridge (small freezer draw as part of the fridge). In the kitchen there is a small table for breakfast. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (large single bed) and dining table with seating for up to 6 people. Inner stairs lead to the upper level where is a cosy bedroom with double bed (divisible into two single beds if required) and one single sofa-bed, a built-in closet, a modern bathroom with bath-tub and wall-mounted shower, washbasin, bidet, wc and washing machine (no dryer). All rooms have windows overlooking the quiet inner courtyard (with no cars parked). The apartment is exceptionally convenient and such a time saver for anyone looking to see most of Florence's sights in a short while. Easily, without car, bus, or taxi, you could live the most of this wonderful city, as shown in guides and art books. The area is safe and has plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and theatres.
