Villa Carlita is a two bedroom air-conditioned villa with private heated pool in Vale do Lobo. It is situated at the end of a road with no passing traffic and has views over the tennis club. It is approximately ten minutes walk to the beach and the Vale do Lobo golf courses and restaurants. It is a three minute walk to the Tennis Club where there is a restaurant and bar.

Accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are an additional two pull out beds in one bedroom so the villa can sleep a total of six if required.

There is a separate cloakroom. The sitting room is very large with comfortable sofas and there is a dining table which seats six. There is a large Sony plasma television screen and full Sky television incorporating all the major UK channels.

The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. Heating and air-conditioning are included in the price and there is also a travel cot and high chair available. The pool is surrounded by a terracotta terrace and sun loungers.

There is a covered dining area with dining table and a built in barbecue.

The terrace leads onto the lawned area around the tennis courts, which is a great safe play area for children.
