Great Location, Needs some ammenities improvements

This cabin is in a great location with a beautiful view. It was clean, but it is very dark. The lighting, especially in the bedrooms needs improvement. Since the walls and carpet are dark, it could use better lighting. The master bathroom was nice and clean. Unfortunately it is carpeted, but I think that's a "cabin" thing. The second bedroom with the double bed did not have sheets on the bed. We were provided with sheets and put them on ... this was a small issue, but still they should have already been on there. The master bedroom bedspread appears to be 20+ years old and was just really gross. Luckily we brought our own. One of the bigger issues were the pots and pans provided. They are in dire need of being replaced as many have been burned to the point they are unusable and almost all have shredded teflon coating. Some have broken/wobbly handles, etc. These really should be replaced. We are not asking for gourmet supplies here; you can purchase decent pots and pans at a very reasonable price. I was told that basic pots and pans are provided and we only need to bring our own if we need any specialty cooking supplies. It's difficult to know what to expect when you haven't stayed somewhere. While the owners expects the place to be left in good condition, the renter has reasonable expectations as well. The dishwasher is broken, which didn't bother me since I don't mind doing dishes, however the description does advertise a working dishwasher. If it's not going to be fixed/replaced then you should amend the description accordingly. Lastly, the instructions for leaving the cabin was to leave it as we found it ... wash, dry and put away dishes, clean the kitchen counters, etc. Not a problem except for the fact that they say cleaning supplies are provided. This was not the case. Under the sink was one disgusting old sponge and a nearly empty bottle of glass cleaner. Of course we made due, but at the VERY least, this should be corrected.
