Heceta Haven , started out as a 1 room Cabin in 1945. It's been added onto and remodeled over the years, and is now a spacious 1200 square foot house, that sleeps 8. It's the last house on a short, dead end street in one of Heceta Beach's original neighborhoods. It has an ocean view and is only a 2 minute walk down a wooded trail that you access right from the front yard. Entering the front door, into the dining room-kitchen which has open beamed ceilings and a great view from the dining room table. There's a bar with chairs, for the kids to play games or do craft projects. The galley kitchen has an apartment sized electric range and dishwasher, and a frost free refrigerator and is well stocked with all the things you'll need for a family gathering. There is a bathroom with shower stall as well off the main area

Off of both sides of this area, you'll find a sitting room, and then a bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The sitting rooms both have bi-fold doors, and both have full size fold flat sofas. The master bedroom has its own bath and a shower-tub combo and a 32 inch Roku TV.

Off the back of the house is a large family room, a peek of a view and a door to the backyard, and deck. With the two overstuffed chairs, a large rocking chair, the sofa, the glider rocker, and the 32 inch LCD TV, there's room for the whole family to gather and enjoy a movie from the collection provided or watch a movie on Netflix. There is also a Sony stereo with CD Player. You'll also find an electric fireplace.

The home can accommodate a total of 8 people in the 4 separate sleeping areas. The home has 3 TVs, 1 VCR's, 2 DVD players and 3 Roku streaming internet TV players, telephone with unlimited nationwide long distance, stereo, high speed wi-fi and an apartment sized stack washer-dryer.

Heceta Haven , has parking in front and in back so can accommodate smaller ATV & Boat Trailers.

For those of you who have visited us in the past. In December of 2014 we replaced the sofa-sleeper in the bonus room with a new fold flat sofa. In 2016 we replaced the range & refrigerator with new ones. November 2017 we purchased a made in Oregon Stanton Sofa for the family room, along with new pots & pans cooking utensils, lampshades, and bedding. In the spring of 2018 new carpet was installed in both bedrooms and new solid surface flooring was added in the rest of
