Located in an Upscale neighborhood on a quiet street, with beautiful gardens, and covered carport entry. Just over an acre of gardens and mature tropical foliage. This home has an open living area layout with vaulted ceilings. The Master Suite has dbl sink, shower tub, small private lanai, and walk out to main lanai & hot tub. 2nd bath is a full bath as well with a shower tub. Perfect for a couple that enjoys their privacy, a large family, or 3-4 couples sharing expenses.

The huge west facing (Sunsets!) covered lanai features the large hot tub area, an additional seating and dining area, and a small Tiki bar as well. The lanai faces the large pool/sun deck with a 35X18ft pool, plenty of sun furniture and BBQ area. The Home, Lanai, and Pool are all on the same level. This is NOT a "bare bones" rental, it is well equipped, well decorated and well furnished. Our home has many extras. It will feel like your own place!
