This is a newly renovated home directly on the beach and Gulf waters with miles of views for 180 degrees. The main home is a luxury 4 bedroom, four bath with every bedroom enjoying ensuite privileges. Capacity in the main house is for 8 to 10 guests.The second level affords fantastic views of the beach and Gulf. Directly in front of the deck is a gorgeous 30 foot heated swimming pool. the home is close to walk to local restaurants and movie theater, and the beach trolley stops right across the street to take you up or down the island . If you are looking for a home for reunions and or weddings, there is also a guest house directly behind the main house that rents separately or with the main house. this will allow your party group to number up to 14 people. If more room is needed, please view our Gulf home that is only seven doors down the beach (also Gulf front) that will accomodate an additional 8 people in your group.

Nearby Attractions: - You are on the beach....so whatever is rentable is usable - jet skis, sailboats, kayaks, parasailing, and float tubes. Golf courses are in abundance within the 25 mile radius of the island. There is one 9 hole course on the island
