The Hidden Valley Retreat and Spa is a perfect venue for large retreats, reunions, and events. Whether you are a family that wants an intimate space to relax and enjoy each other's company, a corporation needing a weekend getaway for your employees, or a religious group looking for spiritual rejuvenation within nature, your group will find fun and relaxation at our venue. We offer this property on an exclusive basis to your group. Our destination venue is private and secluded and designed to support up to 40 overnight guests. We offer a comfortable environment with a main house, event center, and barn house. You get the use of the entire property to yourself including 2 kitchens for home cooking. We have activities for all ages and everyone will find something they enjoy. Our facility offers a wide variety of activities; you can explore the gardens, play frisbee golf or sun by the pool. In the evenings you can sit by a fire and make s'mores, watch a movie or hang out and shoot pool.There are indoor and outdoor meeting spaces but it is the natural beauty that sets our rental apart from other places. When you're in nature it is easier to disconnect from the outside world and focus on spending time with each other. Of course, some people may not want to spend all their time at the retreat (Although once you get there, you’ll never want to leave!). But because of our great location, we are close to San Diego Wild Animal Park, Valley View and Harrah’s Rincon Casinos, Lake Wohlford, Bates Nut Farm, Escondido Performing Arts Center, and Hell Hole Regional Park. Our professional event staff can help you plan your vacation and give you information on other attractions.

"We had a complete wedding weekend at this gem in the country. Live music, swimming in the pool and jacuzzi, hanging around with our loved ones all weekend; we couldn't have asked for more. We'd recommend it to folks for family reunions, weddings, retreats, etc. Be prepared to have your friends and family assist you with set up and clean up (unless you pay extra for help with these things) as this is a "do it yourself" style wedding venue, but well worth it for nature lovers." -Liza Marians 10/02/10
