In the summer, the rental cabin is within walking or biking distance to Tahoe City, Bridgetender Restaurant [1], Commons Beach (Farmers Market, Free Sunday Concerts & More) [2], and the Tahoe Rim Trail [3]. For those guests in the summer bringing their dog, Dog Beach [4] is located about 2.5 south on Hwy 89. In the winter, the vacation cabin has a sledding area behind the house and is centrally located to Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley [5], snowshoeing [6], and spas in Tahoe City [7] .

All Agate Bay Realty Lake Tahoe rental cabins and homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer).
