Ocean front Penthouse in beautiful Mazatlan, Mexico. Privately owned. Only unit on the 7th floor - elevators open to a private patio. 2 br, each w/private bathroom, shower, air conditioning unit, dressing area and private balcony. King bed in each bedroom (plus bunk beds for the kids in master bedroom).
Full kitchen including frig, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Vaulted ceiling in kitchen and living area and a full wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Living area has 2 sofabeds, dining table, armoire w/tv.
From the living area you have access to a large open balcony overlooking the ocean. Condo is fully furnished, including dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. Drinking water is filtered and fine to drink or use for cooking.
Condo amenities are 24 hr security, laundry facilities, pool, balconies overlooking the ocean with access to the beach. Located a short distance to the "Golden" zone and El Cid Golf Course. Available for reservations now!

absolutely loved the view, the soft beds, closeness to the Golden Zone, Neighbors in the condo, Perfect place to stay on the beach in Mazatlán!!
we stayed at the Penthouse from Dec.2015-end of Mar.2016. absolutely loved the spacious rooms, comfortable furniture ,and great beds(soft). The view is the greatest! Especially the sunsets on the decks. Plenty of room for family and guests. Jaime the caretaker was available at the drop of a hat for anything we needed as well as being able to contact the owner anytime. Hope to get back there again soon!
My family and me,including the grand parents, we all had a wonderful stay at this condo. Besides, the owner considered everithing before we arrive there. It has been 2 years now, and we always rembember this beautiful beach home. I hope we will be back some day. Of course I recomend this place to anyone visiting the Pacific Coast at Mazatlan.
