This 3 bedroom 2 bath homes is about 50 FEET to the beach and sits up against the dune with it's own path to the beach. Unobstructed views of coastline, off shore rocks, the Rogue Reef Marine Reserve and north to Cape Blanco and the light house. The view south to Cape Sebastian. Listen to the seals and Sea Lions bark from the reef, watch the whales from the deck. No close neighbors for a nice secluded feel. We are 50 miles north of the California border and about 1 mile from downtown Gold Beach. BEACH COMBER will sleep up to 8. The beach is 3 miles long, sandy with off shore rocks, tide pools and beach combing at your door step. We have 8 other homes in the same area. Our Pelican Watch home is 200 feet north. Our Salty Dog house is 100 feet south. Grey Whale is 150 feet to the east and Treasure Chest next to Grey Whale. BEACH COMBER IS A NO SMOKING NO PETS HOME.

If you arrive at the home and you find it is not as promissed we will have a full refund issued from the owner as long as the home has not been used or requires any cleaning.
